Getting an envelope in the mail is always exciting, but even more so when that envelope is actually a pastry. These delicious love letter biscuits were made by Angelina Paris, a famous Parisian hot chocolate and desserts shop with a brand new location in New York City. The delicious yoghurt mousse pastry contains creamy vanilla, black currants, raspberries and a financial biscuit. It’s covered in a crispy white chocolate shell.

This particular pastry is only available in Angelina Paris’ store in Midtown Manhattan. While you are there you can try their full range of delicious confectionery. The love letter biscuits are available for a limited time from February 6th to 15th.

2. Dedicate flowers in Central Park

Instead of buying a bouquet that will wither in a few days after sitting around, dedicate a bunch of tulips or daffodils to the one you love in Central Park! Donations of $ 50 ($ 1 per bulb) or more will be used to plant and care for the flowers. A personalized e-card or physical certificate will be sent to the person you are honoring. To make your gift, visit the Central Park Visit Conservancy website here or email [email protected] for more informations.

3. A romantic stroll across the Brooklyn Bridge

Learn about the abandoned Cold War Bridge shelter and secret champagne vaults, learn about the allegedly cursed family who designed the bridge, discover the location of the first White House in America, and much more!
